GlamourDoll Galore! (Part 4, Purples!)

Chelsey, a Royal Assasin went to an All Nigher, Victorian Masquerade in Tokyo wearing her Girlfrind Sweater and Lace Panties. she's just a Typical Girl, but under Summer Skies, they told her to Just Dance.

Here's a LINK to my first post that has more details on what this is about, just read the first couple paragraphs to get a general idea (or the whole thing!)

These are all the purple shadows. There's so many! She must really love her purple. But i must say, there's definitely some great variations throughout the colours!

>Masquerade - This colour is pretty crazy. when i swatched it dry, it looks like it has a matte black base with purpley pink shimmer. On glamourdolleyes.com, Vee describes it as a "very unique blend of black and pink. When using this color dry, the main color is black with some pink shimmer on the edges, but when used wet, the color turns more of a pink/purple/black metallic color." I just tried it out wet, and it turns into a darkened blue based purple with some pink. Lovely wet or dry! I'm actually now thinking that i should have swatched them all wet as well, because many of them will have better pigmentation, or a different colour all together!

>Shaded Orchid * - Darkish purple wish some blue-tinged shimmer to give it some depth. Nicely pigmented.

>Girlfriend Sweater * - Lovely matte, dark, red-based purple. It looks like if you had a sweater this colour, it'd be super warm and cozy!

>Just Dance * - Like Gaga herself! It looks like she'd have a leotard or crazy headpiece in this colour. :P Looks like a matte medium blue-based purple, with silver splarkles! the silver seems a bit bluish as well, but it may just be the lighting in here.

>Summer Skies * - Medium purple with pinkish shimmer! Looks just like a summer sunset.

>Lace Panties * - Aside from the super cute name, this is a super cute shade too! its a matte bluey pueple with a touch of goldy shimmer.

>Victorian - Deep, almost blackened, red-based purple with a great flash of bright pink and gold!

>Royal Assassin * - Dark matte purple with gold and greenish sparkle to it. This would be a great crease colour with either green or gold on the lid.

>Stellar - Matte black base with purple and pink shimmer! It definitely looks stellar. Like a nebula or something of the sort.

>Bruised! - If bruises were pretty, this is what they'd look like. Its a blackened dark purple with a generous amount of aqua glitter throughout. Don't worry, you won't look like you have a black eye when you wear it!

>Typical Girl - Lightish purple shimmer with pinky undertones. Its basically all shimmer so it appears to have a frost finish.

>Glam Girl * - Awesome, bright neutral (neither cool nor warm toned) purple with lots of purple shimmer!

>Tokyo * - Matte, bright blue-based purple. This colour is super fun, i think it'd look best on cooler skintones, but if its paired with some warmer golds or bronze colours, warm skintones could work it too.

>All Nighter * - darkened purple base with blue sparkle. If its used dry, the purple will show more, but if you use it wet, the blue will show more!

>Chelsey * - Matte bright blue purple with gold sparkle. Its super fun, and because of the gold incorporated into it, warm skin tones could wear it easily.

* Colours marked with an "*" are vegan.

>Midterm Exam!
These exams will be a touch different since I didn't buy the full-size jars of every colour, and also, i'm reviewing one colour family at a time. I'll score the product as an overall rating, according to the range of colours in this particular family, and also the overall quality. I'll score the value according to the price of full jars. I'll score the packaging according to how well they were packaged for shipment. And finally, i'll score ease of use according to use out of the plastic baggie, but otherwise normally.

Product: 54/60
Value: 18/20
Packaging: 8/10
Ease of Use: 8.5/10

>Did they pass?

With THAT many options for a purple!??! Hells yeah! Not many companies have a ton of different purples, especially really unique shades. These got an 88.5%

>Photos time!

The colours look a tad bit washed out, its just because they're mostly shimmer colours and my remote flash was NOT having it.

Tell me what your favourite purple shadow is!
