GlamourDoll Galore! (Part 3, Pinks!)

Phyrra was a Picture Whore. She had a Secretive Love Affair at the Graves in May. It turned Violent, but she made a Pinky Swear at a Slumber Party not to tell.

These little stories incorporating the names are a bit racy, eh?

Here's a LINK to my first post that has more details on what this is about, just read the first couple paragraphs to get a general idea (or the whole thing!)

>Picture Whore - Light, iridescent purpley pink with surprisingly, a black undertone... just a touch of it, but its enough that if you build up the colour, then blend it out, you'll definitely notice.

>Graves in May* - Muted greyish lavander base with a pinky iridescence. I love how the name suits this perfectly. Its a purple that is definitely more subdued and somber, while still shimmering.

>Love Affair - I think this colour is basically all shimmer, with no matte base, i may be wrong but that's how iridescent and shimmery it applies. Its a light pink with gold shimmer, so it kindof makes it appear peachy.

>Secretive - Baby pink, with a slight sheen. I wouldny say its shimmery or frosty though. And it has good colour payoff, which would make it great for the inner corner tear-duct area, and as a highlight powder. And since its pink, fairer skin tones could use it as a cheek/face highlighting powder! I, however, am not born with the amazingness that is a light skin tone.

>Pinky Swear - Bright pinky fuchsia colour that has a bit of bluey peal to it. Its definitely not matte, but it is bright! Add it to some clear gloss or a bit of clear lip conditioner for a super fun lip colour!

>Slumber Party* - Matte purpled up medium pink. Its kindof mauvey actually. It didn't show well for me without a base, so oyu might want to try that out. but i LOVE how none of the GDE matte shadows are chalky. they're very soft, and blendable without looking "dry." If that makes any sense :P They just look velvety.

>Prom Dress - Such! a pretty colour i can picture many a girl having a prom dress that was this colour. (not me though, I'm not a pink lover when it comes to anything but makeup.) Its a medium pink with gold shimmer, so it looks like that duo-coloured taffeta that was so popular a couple years back. Likkee THIS!

>Phyrra - (like  Fear-ahhh! lol) Really unique colour. It has a base of purpleish pink pearl, with aqua sparlkes. It really is gorgeous and i don't think this, or almost any photo could show the true colour.

>Violent - Contrary to its name, this is a soft violet pearl colour that has some definite pink undertones. Really pretty, girly colour.

>Unicorn - Looks like every little girl's dream of what a colourful unicorn should be. Its very shimmery, quite pink with a teensy bit of purple untertone. And it has some silvery and white sparkle. I'd love to try this as a sheer lip colour.

>Stiletto - Matte, brightish purpled up fuchsia. Again, this matte doesn't show well without a base, maybe a white base would work well. Like NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.

>After Prom - It's like prom dress but no yellow/gold shimmer, and it has a bit of a blackened undtertone. Quite pretty, and i can see why its named this in comparison with Prom Dress :P

* Colours marked with an "*" are vegan.

>Midterm Exam!
These exams will be a touch different since I didn't buy the full-size jars of every colour, and also, i'm reviewing one colour family at a time. I'll score the product as an overall rating, according to the range of colours in this particular family, and also the overall quality. I'll score the value according to the price of full jars. I'll score the packaging according to how well they were packaged for shipment. And finally, i'll score ease of use according to use out of the plastic baggie, but otherwise normally.

Product: 51/60
Value: 18/20
Packaging: 8/10
Ease of Use: 8.5/10

>Did they pass?

Yeah! Theres so many pinks to choose from, and even some mattes! I wish there were more variations of tones though. Most of them are purpley pinks, and fuchsias. A couple more true Pink pinks would be nice.
These got and 85.5% though, which is fantastic!

>Photos time!

The colours look a tad bit washed out, its just because they're mostly shimmer colours and my remote flash was NOT having it.
